Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of askgigico.com (the “website”), which is operated by KL Solutions LLC (“Ask Gigi,” “we,” “us”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

What this website is

The website gives general information about Ask Gigi, a personal assistant service currently serving Delray Beach and Boca Raton, Florida, with West Palm Beach coming soon. It also lets you send us a request through the Tell Gigi form.

Sending a Tell Gigi request

  • Sending a request does not make you a client, and it does not create a contract or any obligation for you or for us.
  • Sending a request does not guarantee that we’re available, that we can take it on, or that we’ll respond by a particular time. We may decline any request.
  • Before any work begins, we’ll agree with you separately on the services, scope, pricing, timing and payment. A Tell Gigi submission alone does not authorize us to begin work.
  • Please give us accurate, current information, and only send requests for lawful purposes.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to send a request.

Not for emergencies

The Tell Gigi form is not designed for urgent or emergency situations, and we may not see your request right away. In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

Please don’t send highly sensitive information

The Tell Gigi form is a general inquiry form. Please don’t use it to send highly sensitive information, such as passwords, payment card or bank account numbers, Social Security or other government ID numbers, or detailed medical information. If sensitive details are ever needed for work we’ve agreed to do, we’ll talk with you about a more appropriate way to share them.

Information on the website

The content on the website is general information about Ask Gigi and may change at any time without notice. Example requests show the kinds of things you can ask about; they aren’t a promise that any particular service is available. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Our content and brand

The website and its original content, design, graphics and brand materials belong to Ask Gigi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You’re welcome to view the website and share links to it. You may not copy or reuse our name, logo or content for commercial purposes, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Using the website

Please don’t misuse the website. For example, don’t send false or automated submissions, don’t try to interfere with how the website works, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party websites and services

The website relies on, and may link to, third-party services, such as Netlify (hosting and forms) and Google Fonts. Those services and any other websites we link to have their own terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the website, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Gigi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from sending a request through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you share through the website.

These Terms and client services

These Terms cover the website only. They are separate from any agreement for services. If you become a client, the services will be governed by a separate agreement between you and Ask Gigi, and if that agreement conflicts with these Terms about the services, the agreement controls.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Using the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
